Hey everyone, and welcome back to the podcast! Today’s podcast firstly talks about how Grounding helps you focus and relax in moments of emotional pain -Mental and physical Grounding help you feel safe and calm.
Grounding is a way to detach from emotional pain by focusing on the present moment, turning lights on and off, and rating how much emotional pain you feel on a zero to ten scale.
Josh then did a live tarot reading for the energy we will feel this weekend. One of the cards is The Chariot card which indicates that this is a good week for gaining experience and making progress.
