Hey everybody, and welcome back to the podcast. On this episode, I got a chance to interview special guest Dr. Michelle Krause. Michelle really opens up and shares her journey from earning her PhD in Physical therapy, creating her own company that really focuses on helping others and being there for others. Her company, titled Human Design, creates blueprints for ourselves to really help us understand our archetypes with how we operate as a person and how we can handle with our own trauma and do our emotional work. Michelle has always had a passion for helping others ever since she was young, and me and Michelle really talk about relationships, how her human design has helped others, and what we can do to learn more about ourselves. You can check out all of Michelle’s work by clicking on the links in the show description and also follow her on social media as well as she creates posts that really focus on helping others understand themselves emotionally. 1s Me. And Michelle also talk a lot about astrology in general, as she has four placements in her chart that are in her 10th house. For you guys that do not know 10th House, it involves career and establishing herself pretty much like our spiritual calling into the world. Our 10th house is one of the most important houses in our chart, so you guys can check out that conversation as well. And we really get into all that fun stuff about astrology as well. As always, guys, you guys can, like, rate and check out the podcast on Spotify and Apple podcast. Your subscriptions will help boost the podcast overall. And without further ado, here is my conversation with Michelle. 1s Hey, everybody, and welcome to your spiritual best friend. I am your host Josh Sanchez, and I’m here with a very special guest. Michelle, how are you doing today, and what’s going on? Hi, Josh. It’s so great to be here. Thank you for having me on your podcast. I’m excited to be here. Yeah, it’s a great day, early August, hot and humid over where I am. Yeah, it’s pretty much hot and humid everywhere. Where are you based? I know for me, I’m in the Philadelphia area. How about you? Okay, so I’m just a little bit south of you. I’m in Richmond, Virginia, so yeah, we’re dealing with the same muggy heat. Yeah, I got you as well. And Virginia has always been a very interesting state. If you can like, how is it living around Virginia? Because I have tried Virginia Beach, and I had a blast down there. Yeah, it’s great. I’ve lived here for the past four and a half years, and I love it. I love that. I’m an hour away from the beach. I’m an hour away from the mountains, you know, hour and a half south of DC. With all the culture and all the cool things up there. So I’m a huge Virginia fan. I just want to first say before we really get into this podcast, thank you, Michelle, for reaching out and wanting to come on a podcast, and I think we can really get started with my first question. So when it comes to yourself, Michelle, what are some passions that you have, and what do you really enjoy doing for work? So I am very passionate about learning. I am a lifeline long student and learner and investigator. So I get most excited when I am digging deep into any subject matter that interests me. And because of that I incorporate that in my work. So I have transitioned to working with 1s Holistic healing modalities and practices. So I do human design, foundation readings. I’m an emotion code practitioner. I’m almost finished with my Body Code Practitioner certification and emotion code and body code are distance Healing modality. So it’s a concept that we have emotions or energies that get trapped in our body or biofuel and you can find them through the subconscious and transmute them, so they’re taken away. And it helps with emotional regulation. So instead of having to talk through someone and making it a mental process, or having to take medication and making it a chemical process, we acknowledge and remedy it at the energetic level and there’s no mental processing done with it, it gets taken away. And it’s really beautiful to see people start to heal as they go through this. And then I use a bioresonance machine called the AO Scanner. I run their inner Voice program which analyzes your autonomic nervous system. And it provides four MP3 that have been analyzed on twelve tones. And it’s the three frequencies that are out of balance high and the one low frequency. And it can be tied to the reports show you it’s tied to different emotions and different physical parts of the body and you just listen to them. And again, it’s just helping to rebalance out and emotionally regulate. So that’s where I’m at now in my life and what I love to do. 1s Wow. I must say, I was hearing you describe, like, the processes and stuff. How did you guys really, like, create all that? That sounds really cool. Wow, thanks. I appreciate that. So my formal background is I have a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, and I’m still licensed, but I don’t practice. So for about 15 years, I practiced as a physical therapist, and I’m energetically wired to help people with their emotions. But I didn’t understand this when I was practicing as a physical therapist. And I would always have the patients that would come to me, and they would be the most emotionally dysregulated. A lot of the rehab we do would be talking through problems that they have in addition to the actual physical rehab that they were sending me to. And I just didn’t excel or thrive in the traditional insurance based model. And so 1s I got health coach and life coach certifications in 2019. I was already looking to make a change and go in a different direction. And then, obviously, we were all hit with a drastic world change in 2020. So in March of 2020, like so many others, I lost my contract PT job, and I was doing PRN work, which is called Prerequisite Need, where it’s one of those situations where if a company needs coverage, they’ll book you for hours and things like that. So I wasn’t in a full time job, but to witness my job stability go away with a doctorate, it was shocking to me. I thought, well, even if I don’t like it, I can still do it. I can still make money that way. And when that went away for probably about six months, the market for my particular field was not good. 2s It was the shock that I needed to be like, okay, well, you don’t want to be doing this to stop falling back on it. And where I had the time and space to really learn, I was really deeply interested in Mindset work. In May of 2020, I listen to a podcast about and the speaker was talking about human design. And the human design system is fascinating to me because one of the foundational principles is energy type. And so there are five different energy types and there are two energy types that are considered sacral beings. And they have the big sacral motor defined. It’s actually 70% of the population, but they are referred to as the worker bees. They’re supposed to go and do all the things and it’s how society is set up right now. And then there is 30% of the world that is a non sacral energy being and they need a lot more best because when they are around sacral beings, they will amplify that sacral energy and they get very burned out. So I immediately thought, oh great, I’m going to run my chart. I’m going to be one of those nonsacral beings. And I’m just burned out and I just need to be resting on the couch. Like, this is so authentic, this is happening. And that was not the case. I am actually a generator. I am one of those worker beef. But one of the concepts with the sacral energy is it is a big motor, but you have to be lit up and excited by what you’re doing. So when you’re shooting your way through life, just because you have the energy to do or the energy to push through, it’s not going go well for you and you can burn out as well. So I found my chart, looked at it. Was not happy with it and immediately thought, the system is not right, I don’t agree with this. And then it’s such a complicated system, and I love to analyze that. Within a couple of weeks, I was looking at my chart again and buying books and being like, well, I’m going to figure it out this. And so I started to do that. And the beauty of this system is that you really need to integrate it. And so I began to utilize my strategy and authority, which is the second layer of how you go about using the system to interact with people. And I started to see some really positive changes. I started to understand my family and my interactions with them better. And it’s just the lens in which I see life through now. And so I personally believe that everybody needs to know their human design type. You do not have to get really interested in the system at all. I mean, there’s so many layers you can analyze. But I think if everybody knew their energy system or energy type and their strategy and their authority, it would be such a better world. You just really understand how you’re meant to interact with others. And while I went through that change, 1s one of the authorities and my personal authority in human design is emotional. People who do not have a defined emotional center are going to be amplified by my highs and lows. And I really was like, okay, well, how do we heal the traumas from all of this emotional? 1s Waves and feelings that are in the world. I am a cognitive behavioral therapy failure. I did counseling in my early thirties, and, I mean, I’d sit there, have great conversations with my counselors and great wisdom, and then I would completely walk out and do the same thing that I said I wasn’t going to do. So I was very drawn to finding services and techniques that I could provide to people that were simple and practical and basically like a low energy investment. The emotion code and body code literally can be done completely remotely. If I had permission to work with you and permission to tap into your subconscious, I don’t have to be with you. We don’t have to be in person. We can we can do it over the phone. But to me, there’s just something really nice about that because this world is so busy, and I felt called to find ways to help people have life be simpler, but kind of the concept of less is more. So that’s how I’ve gotten to where I am today. Wow. Michelle, I first want to commend you and give you a lot of props and respect for because I can only imagine working so hard, putting so much work into get your PhD and then to immediately switch careers or, like, switch tracks, because when you get a PhD for something that’s a lot of school, that’s a lot of money, a lot of time that you invested. So for you to build that confidence to shift and find more something that you’re more passionate with, I first want to commend you for that as well, because I can only imagine it for myself and anyone listening to the podcast as well. Like, imagine investing so much time into something and then realizing it’s just not working out. I can only imagine the stress and stuff, and it seems like you’re a lot happier doing what you’re doing now. And I got to give you a lot of credit for that, because we all got to be able to realize as humans that we need to be able to do things that we enjoy doing, not just for the sake of making money or whatever. So first, I want to give you your props for that. Thank you. Of course. And another part of your answer that really got me interested. I know you mentioned, like, human design and finding your type. How does one find their human design type? 2s Oh, great question. So just like the astrology chart, it’s based on all your natal birth information. You’ll get what’s called a body graph. And it is very overwhelming to look at. There’s so many layers that you can go into, but you’ll get basic information that says what your energy type is, what’s your strategy and what’s your authority. So the five energy types are the generator and the manifesting generator, which are the sacral beings I was referring to the projectors are 20% of the population. The manifestos are 9% of the population and the reflectors are 1% of the population. Our projectors manifests and reflectors are our nonscal beings, the ones who are amplifying all the energy. In the nine centers, you can have the emotional solar plexus defined and that could be your authority. You could have just the sacral center defined. That could be your authority. You could have the spleen defined and that would be just your authority. Those are the predominant ones. You’ll see. There are other authorities. The ego center could be defined. It could be an ego defined being. For projectors, you can have what’s called a self projected projector or a mental projector. And they’re the head and the asda up high in the body graph. And so for generators, our strategy is to respond. We’re constantly responding to the universe and it’s with the concept of yes and no. So through the sacral center, it’s an off. And it depends again on what your authority is as a generator. You could be a pure generator. Where that’s kind of the gut instinct. The concept of gut instinct comes from that because if you’re a pure generator, if somebody asks you if you want Italian for dinner, you’re going to say yes or no very quickly. And for generators, interacting with generators, that’s the best way to simulate a response for them to ask yes no questions. So the worst thing you could do for a generator is to be like, oh, you’re hungry? Where do you want to go to dinner? Because we’re going to sit here and be like, I don’t know. And then you start firing off stuff like you want Italian? Do you want Thai? Do you want Mexican? And it’s like no. Yes. You know, it’s really fun to play around with and to witness. 1s Now I have the emotional authority, so I have an emotional wave. And for smaller decisions, 1s the wave doesn’t hit me. But the bigger the life situation is, the more that it triggers my emotional wave. And for emotional beings, what we have to to do is we have to ride out the high or ride out the low and come to what they call emotional neutral clarity, which is like about 80% certainty. And then we can tap into our sacral and ask that yes, no at that point. So it’s nuanced for sure. But it’s so fun to look at, and it’s so fun to witness people come to life. When I help explain your chart to them, 1s they feel so seen and validated. You can really see your gifts. You can see some areas that you might struggle in. You can see some areas that maybe you’ve been conditioned in and have to work through. But I just love it.

And I’ll make sure to put the link that you mentioned earlier in the show description. So if you guys are curious to know a little more of like, what Michelle is doing, you guys can check out that. And that’s definitely really cool that you found like, this new design that can really help people because we as a society, we know we really need to find resources that are at our disposal in which we can really help and understand ourselves because we all go through so many traumatic events. And that just leads me right to my next question. So I definitely feel like you have this deep passion for helping others. Have you always been that way? Have you ever had like, a moment where you struggle with, like, yourself, what really fueled your passion to really help others? Yeah, no, I definitely am energetically wired for that. I mean, when you look at all the different components in my chart and even my astrology chart, it is very much service to others and healing. My undergrad is a bachelor’s in science and psychology. I thought that I was going to go get my PhD in counseling and decided not to go that route and instead fell in love with the concept of physical therapy because I had a very naive and idealistic view that, oh my goodness, I could help people get better and stay better. Unfortunately, that’s not quite the way the insurance model is set up, but that’s where my heart was at when I was going through school and doing stuff. So, yeah, it’s just deeply wired in me to just be a service to others. Yeah, and I completely understand that as well from someone that also has similar to you. I know we’ll get into more of astrology talk a little bit later, but I also have a lot of virgo energy in the same house as you, so I definitely can resonate with what you’re saying as well. Always had a passion for helping others. So some people you just have it and that’s what you’re wired to do for others, it gets developed over time. So it’s great to see, Michelle, that you are a natural born healer and now you’re doing the work that you’re so passionate about doing and you’re helping others. So credit to you for that and coming to those realizations as well on your own journey. But just continuing a little bit. I know we talked a lot about identifying your human design chart and all that stuff as well. Now once like, the first step is first identifying what’s really like the next steps. Like how like when, let’s say you’re 1s chart your human design already out in front of you, what’s the next steps that you will do to really help them work on themselves and to really help them grow to make sure they truly understand how to use their strategy and authority. So 1s there are signature themes and non self themes within each energy type. So when you find out your strategy as a generator is to respond, the other concept that helps you is that when you’re doing that, when you’re trying to work on learning to respond to the universe, you can work with the feelings of frustration and satisfaction. So for a generator, when you feel frustrated, I also acknowledge it as like a pushing sensation. When you verbalize those words, you are not using your energy correctly. And what I love most about the human design system is that this is not mental processing. This is your authority is based in the body. It’s not based in the head or the mind. And so it’s learning to listen and trust your body again because so many people have lost that ability. I mean, that’s what I saw as a physical therapist is the clients always know what’s wrong with their body, but they would come in to me as the expert looking for me to tell them what was wrong. And 1s not too many people want to hear a doctor tell them like, well, I don’t know, why don’t you tell me what’s wrong? But it was really a more like curious, tell me your story. I’m going to pick out the patterns and figure out what’s going on with you. And through human design, it really gives people a safe way to tap into their body because I’ve seen so much trauma stored in the nervous system that when they talk about somatic practices and they’re like, oh, just drop into the body. There are so many people who are so afraid to drop into their own body. And I feel that human design gives them a roadmap and some safety mechanics to get back into it. So with our generators, if there’s frustration and it’s like, okay, course correct. And when you have done what lights you up? You feel that theme of satisfaction. It’s just deep satisfaction that’s like, this is a great day. So those are the basics. And then. Within the chart you have gates and channels that could channels connect the centers together, your conscious sun and Earth and your unconscious sun and earth, that’s your energy. So I usually also go over the specifics of the gate energy and then the line in which your profile, there are twelve different profiles and human design and profiles come off as your personality. Those are my starting points with people to say, hey, just take this in, start to work with that. And really, human design is such a dense system, you can just start to gobble it up and mentally process it, but it is a system that is meant to be embodied and integrated. So the quicker you can just say, okay, let me start to work on these basics. Once I have an understanding of these basics, then I can move on to the deeper flavors. Because with your background in astrology, the planets are all placed in different gates and different lines. So you can start talking about like, oh, I have gate 64 in my Mercury. Like, what does the gate mean? And Mercury is the gate of communication. It can get very nuanced, very fast, and that’s not where you go as a beginner, but it’s the flavors you can start to go into further along the I really like how you describe and get into detail with the specifics as well, because I know this for me, is my first time like, hearing about all this stuff. So I definitely am very curious to know more. But it’s really fascinating how you can connect everything as well when it comes to the gates. Like you said, like with Mercury, to gate a communication, that’s all really cool and at the end of the day, all this stuff is to really help us realize sensations that are going on in our body, the traumas that have been stored in, and really help us grow spiritually, emotionally and overall as a person. So, again, I commend you for taking the steps to find and create this design and now you’re really helping others with that too. So that’s definitely great to hear. But we’ve talked a lot about your career career and like your design and your journey when it came to like, focusing so much on the PhD and then switching over a little bit in your careers and combining the two to find out more things that you’re very passionate about. Relationships are a huge part. 1s In our lifetime. You know, like, what are that? Relationships with family, friends. I know you mentioned you’ve had to realize some things with your own family, but what are some qualities that you really look for in a friendship or even, like, a romantic partner? That’s a great, great question. So at this point, I would honestly say because I live my design, it’s more of a feeling that I have. I’m pretty open minded and willing to kind of take interest in anyone. And I don’t like to put people into boxes so much, but definitely somebody who is intellectually curious, for sure, with all this virgo energy you’re talking about, I just want to have deep conversations. I’m not really good at the superficial stuff. I need to be able to have someone who’s willing to go deeper with me and then, honestly, a sense of play and fun, kind of whatever that is. I’m a huge nature person. I just love to be outside. So that’s most ideal for me, somebody who’s happy just hanging outside. And it doesn’t have to be, like, action doing right. I’m not talking about we have to go whitewater rafting or anything. Like, just being outside makes me happy. Yeah. I can see through everything that I’ve learned in human design why I had struggles in relationships. I was engaged, never married, never had children. I can see a lot of just the conditioning that I had growing up that it really sort of stifled some of my gifts. And so now coming into myself at this age, I’ve been actually having a lot of discussions with some of my close friends about, what does that look like, how do we have relationships, authentic relationships? Just because you get older doesn’t mean the questions change too much. It’s definitely very interesting because we all know, like, relationships, they’re a big part of our lives, whether that’s with friends, whether that’s with families, we all learn some things through our relationship. So that just leaves me pretty much, like, right to my next question. So I know you described when it comes to your relationships with family, what are some things that you really had to learn for yourself within the relationships that you experienced? 1s So not to take on others energies. Emotional energies. Within that emotional solar plexus. There are three different types of ways. And I personally have the most stable wave. And I have family members that have emotional definition that are much like you are higher highs and lower lows. And I can really feel that and I can feel that when I’m around them. And I’ve learned to just witness that that is their emotion and that I don’t need to take it on and absorb it and act on it. I just really realized not to take on other people’s energies as much and to take space when I need to. I am one of those people who do not live near my family. So when I see my family, it’s usually like chunks of time, which can be pretty intense. I know a lot of us are in that situation, but just one of those situations where it’s like I no longer feel obligated to be like, oh, I never get to see them. So I’m going to be with them from the crack of dawn until the bedtime at night. I’ll take the space that to make sure that I am doing my energy practices to move the energy and not get it stuck. Because that is actually my biggest. 1s My biggest goal for all this is with emotions. There simply energy in motion and being able to acknowledge and witness them and move them through your body in real time, then they’re not going to get stuck. And so that’s what I really work on with all my relationships. Relationships, wow. And I want to say again, just commend you for your growth as well, because I’ve definitely had conversations with people that have really struggled with finding themselves in relationships and learning from their relationships what things I need to do within myself to grow in order for me to take the next step. So first I want to give you your props for that because I know realizing everything that you’ve realized is definitely took some steps. And it’s definitely like the hardest part is being able to recognize and be aware of how you operate in relationships and also what some things that worked and some things that didn’t work. So first, I want to commend you again for your growth overall, because these are steps that can be very challenging for a lot of people. But my last question to wrap up our relationship, part of the conversation, I know for you, you’re very good at your spiritual healer, you’re really good at helping others. What’s the advice, let’s say like a client is coming to you that’s struggling with relationships and struggling to really find themselves overall. What’s the advice that you would give to them to really just help them recenter rebound and find themselves again in their relationships? 2s Be curious about your actions, others actions in response to you. Drop out of judgment. You know, there’s such a narrow box that society puts us in. There so much more potential, I guess, for all of us, and there’s so much differentiation between all of us. So drop out of the judgment. And again, anything that feels like pushing, stop. Because what I witnessed in my own story is that when I’ve tried to push and logic and mental my way out of situations or going towards the direction, it’s like I’m at the bottom and I’m trying to take that straight path up to the top. And it’s hard and it’s painful and it’s not fun. And so as I’ve started to work within my human design and I’ve started to step away from that kind of linear thought process, I will do the things that logically don’t make sense. Detours me over to the left, right, but then all of a sudden, that one change that logically doesn’t make sense skyrockets me past my initial goal. It’s crazy to witness. It’s beautiful to witness. And it does like you were saying, it does take time, it does take trust. I’m not trying to say this is, like super easy breezy. Like this is continual work on my part. I think many days I do it well, and some days I don’t do it so well, but the days that I don’t do it so well, it just teaches me and it kind of gives me that trust to be like, okay, go through this, go through the discomfort and not trusting because it’s going to lead you somewhere better. Yeah. Michelle and I want to say again, that’s just really spot on advice as well. Because we are humans, we feel all the energies that we surround ourselves with and the people that we surround ourselves with, and it’s going to be a constant battle, especially within ourselves and especially the relationships that we are in as well. So it’s important again to take time like you have done, to reflect on the journey that you’re on and learn from things. Things, hey, this, this things went right in the relationship. These things went wrong in the relationship. And that way you’re able to grow and continue to grow within yourself.  Transition a little bit. I know we talked a lot about relationships and your journey, Michelle, and I really appreciate you being so open and so honest with sharing your story because I know it can definitely it can be a lot, you know, to be open and stuff like that too, especially in moments, is where we really just had to learn and grow. We’re going to talk a little bit about astrology right now. So Michelle, how I usually start off the astrology topic. I really like to ask this first question. What’s your overall relationship with astrology and how do you feel about it overall? I love astrology. So pretty much most of my life I only knew the concept of a sunshine. So it’s been within the past couple of years that I’ve realized it’s a whole system and much deeper than that. In my true, very good fashion, I started to dive in to learn more about the different signs, the planets, the houses. I’m not as fluent as I am with human design, but I’m pretty fluent in it and I enjoy it and I find great comfort in astrology. Right. So it’s not just like black and white, this is happening, but I always look at the astrological transit and it just makes me feel more comfortable and safe. 1s Yeah, definitely. And same here as well, because I know when it comes to a lot of stuff in the trenches, I know Jupiter is just in retrograde now. And I know for you. Your Jupiter is in Leo. I remember you mentioned it before we really started this podcast. So you’re really feeling some good, positive energy right now when it comes to Jupiter. Because for you guys just listening, Jupiter sort of 1s I like to describe Jupiter as like the hype man, the frat bro on the planet. It’s like, you know what, we’re going to boost your confidence here. We’re going to build you with so much optimism. Optimism here. We’re just going to hype you up. So how are you feeling a little bit now? Because I know Jupiter is in current transits, in retrograde, and it’s in Leo for you. So how do you feel overall about it? So good. So it’s really interesting that you said that. So yesterday on Instagram, I put up all these stories that I was like, hey, I’m using Instagram differently. I’m changing, I’m going to do this, this and this. And I had so much interaction, like I kind of thought it was going to fall dead because have built up an audience. That kind of is my old school stuff, right? And I’ve made this Pivot a new direction and I’m just not really sure if they’re going to follow me or what’s going to go on. And I had so much positive interaction yesterday. I was like, okay, that’s stupid great time to do this. And it wasn’t planned right. I just felt really energetically called to do it and I did it and it landed well. And so that’s sort of some of the concept too with the not pushing. 2s I’m entering the phase where I have all of my planets start stacking up. I have big energy for the next three or four months and then it gets quiet 1s in the midwinter, early spring. I’m just quieter because there’s just not a lot of natural energetic activation in my world and I’ve witnessed those seasons and I’m really comfortable with that now and just have fun with it. Yeah, definitely michelle as well, and also just to share a little bit as well, my Jupiter is similar to you as well, so I’m definitely feeling a lot of energy too. So I wanted to first ask that question for you just to see how are you feeling overall. Because sometimes we have this added confidence and it just comes out of just like for a certain amount of time period and then it just changes and stuff. That’s really cool. Yeah, definitely. And when it comes to this part of the astrology discussion, this website is called the Horoscope Co. It’s a really cool website. You just google your sun and Moon and it gives you a little reading. It gives you positives, negatives, perfect partner and advice. So once I give you a little reading, just let me know how you feel about it. So according to the Horoscope Co, like we mentioned, you are virgo with a PISCES Moon and it says an idealistic personality. Imaginative and logical. The virgo Sun PISCES Moon personality will not hesitate to seize all opportunities that come their way. Positives for your sun and moon combination. Tolerant, discrete. Some negatives can be a little bit messy at times and it can have a little bit of negativity. Perfect partner. Someone who will stand by their development. Word of advice, they should try to be less irresponsible when they promise something. So as I give you your positives, negatives, perfect partner and advice, what are some thoughts that come to mind? 1s So it’s kind of funny. You said messy. 2s I identify with that in the sense that I joke that I live like a college frat boy in my own room. It just looks like a bomb has exploded, it has gone through or something. It is the messiest place in the world. Now. My common places, I will live like that until I know somebody’s coming to visit. And I have the capacity to organize. But I have not been able to figure out, why do I look so messy? Why can I not clean this up? 1s My mom and my sister are just, like, immaculate. You put something out on the countertop and it’s immediately put away. And I’m like, oh, yeah, there’s my supplements from three days ago that I took. And it’s really funny. And so, you know, that makes a lot of sense to me. I like the concept of idealistic and tolerant. I definitely feel very tolerant of people. It’s kind of one thing that I’m grateful to have that energy, especially in the world we live in. I can just hold space for all the different views that are currently circulating about all the different things that are going on in this world. And then the partner. Yes, that’s interesting. I haven’t been in partnership in a while, but that sort of even felt like what I was talking about earlier, with that need to be intellectually supported, be able to have these conversations. So I can see that for sure. Yeah. Michelle and pretty much what the reading does is it combines your sun energy and your Moon energy. And for some charts, you feel your sun sign energy more. For others, you feel your Moon sign a little bit more. And when it comes to the next part, I really like to add, I’ve learned a lot about when it comes to astrology. So to learn a little bit more about your chart, obviously, like, planets and what house they’re in. The house houses, they tell you where the planets are communicating and where the energy is in your chart. And right away, when I saw your chart, you have a lot of exterior, like, above the horizon, like houses and the energy where all the planets reside. What I mean by that is, like, your first six houses, one through six, are usually below the horizon line. So you kind of see this underneath the surface, like, what’s inside? Internal. Okay. And then houses seven to twelve are more exterior. And for you, like, you have your Saturn, you have your Mercury, and your Son, which is all in Virgo, and your north node, which is in Virgo, all in your 10th house. And the 10th house involves career. It involves, like, what’s your calling into this world? What’s like, your purpose? And you have a lot of Virgo energy, which definitely describes virgos are very good at. The details, are very good at helping others and in service for others. And I can see where the planets clash a little bit because you have Virgo, which is a very hard working into the details. But then Saturn comes in, and Saturn is the planet of you got to be able to work hard to get what you want. It’s the exact opposite of Jupiter. We talked a little bit a couple of minutes ago. Jupiter is like the Hype man. Like, man, you can do this. Whatever Saturn is like, you’re going to work hard to do this 1s when it comes to your career. Michelle, as I was hearing you describe your journey, like, you really had to work hard to get to where you are now. You got your PhD, you put in so much work, and then you had a realization where it’s like, 1s I have an idea of what I want to do, but I want to take it a step further. And now that you’ve done that, now you feel more happy and stuff. And that’s the thing with Saturn. If you put in the work, Saturn will reward you. But as I’m describing a little bit of the 10th House into general for you, how do you feel about it overall? 2s It’s exciting. What some of my astrological friends have described about all the energy you’re talking about as well is that your sun sign is the sign that you’re growing towards, as is the north node. So it seems very appropriate, time appropriate, that this is happening in my early forty s. I had my Uranus opposition last year. So it seems like authentic that I’m understanding and feeling and embracing and starting to lay the foundation. And it just makes me sort of excited to see what can come from this. Yeah. And just to add and take it a little step further, I know with Saturn, just to describe a little bit more, there’s a thing called Saturn return. So it’s things that happen once every 30 years because 1s Saturn takes a long time to go through each of the zodiac. So just to add a little question for you, because I know your Saturn was like a good realization moment. Do you know exactly 1s when you experience your own Saturn return? How is that experience for you? I do. And it’s interesting because I was in physical therapy school during my Saturn return and I guess graduated on the flip side of it. So it’s really fascinating that it kind of shook up my career in a sense, because I decided not to go get that PhD. Literally my first career after college was in the financial industry, you know what I mean? That was not for me at all. Like, I did not feel of service for people. I was working in Florida and when the construction market was so hot in the early two thousand s, and I would have clients calling and talking about money for $100,000 cabinets and countertops, and I felt no connection to that. I was like, I have no sympathy for if you’re $100,000 cabinets come a day late. I can’t get behind to that. I tried to understand that was very important to them, but it felt superficial. So yeah, it was like right before that time that. 1s I figured out physical therapy and did the hard work, right? So I had to go back and do a year school because I was lacking some science credits. I didn’t go straight from undergrad, so I did. They feel very uncomfortable being an older student because most physical therapists know they want to do that, go straight to graduate school. But, yeah, I put it on the hard work. And it was through the Saturn return that I got that degree. Yes. And that pretty much describes Saturn. You pretty much just described Saturn perfectly. It’s like Saturn hits us with these realization moments, but then if, like you said, Michelle, we put in the work, then you get rewarded at the end. So I just really wanted to highlight that as well, because I saw your chart immediately. I was like, man, her Saturn return must have been interesting because her Saturn is in the same thing as her son. Sign is all about ego, who we are. And the north node is pretty much like what we’re supposed to learn in this lifetime. That our past lifetimes and not. So I’m like, you have all this energy in your 10th house, so I was like, yeah, your sat in return must have been interesting. Well, and on the human design perspective, when I look at the gate that’s associated with my unconscious north node, it is love of body. So it was also very authentic that I was going towards this degree. 3s The energy doesn’t lie is what I always say. You’re right on that one. The energy never lies. But the last part I really wanted to add when it comes to our astrological charts is the rising sign, because 1s a rising sign is our first house. So pretty much when we were born, this is the sign when that was in when you were born. And this is pretty much who we like to emulate ourselves. As I was hearing, your energy, your rising sign isn’t SAGITTARIUS. So SAGITTARIUS is ruled by Jupiter. So it’s very like, optimistic, free flowing, free spirited, very passionate. The philosopher SAGITTARIUS is the philosopher. So as I was hearing you describe your journey, you mentioned way back in your first couple of answers how you had your PhD in physical therapy and how you had this need to study more and to learn more a little bit about the philosopher. So as I was hearing you describe your journey, I was like, yeah, your rising sign, because the rising sign is also 1s our goal and end life. We want to have this energy. So for you, it’s sad. I also have a sage rising, too. So it’s like, this is pretty much like a personality who we want to be by the end of our lifetime. That’s why rising sign is so important. So as I was describing that, I was like, she hasn’t just need to you wanted to learn more, take it to the next level, and also teach that and instill that upon others. So that’s the philosopher SAGITTARIUS energy. So I wanted to highlight that as well as part of your chart, because that’s really cool as well. 1s Yeah. Michelle, how do you feel a little bit about that when it comes to your rising, being in Sage and describing your journey a little bit? Yeah, no, you definitely brought a lot of awareness to my rising sign that I haven’t quite had because I have such heavy virgo energy and then the PISCES opposition, and it’s a full moon, and I’m a lunar eclipse, so I’m very tied to my PISCES moon. I can relate to that. And so when I learned about SAGITTARIUS, I thought it was really cool. SAGITTARIUS is a fun sign, but I just didn’t understand it as much. So it’s really neat to get some feedback from others who can help me with that journey. Yeah. And just add as well, because what I do for the house system, I do wholesign. So wholesign. It’s pretty much 30 degrees each zodiac sign. And just to add maybe to highlight a little bit of the reason why you kind of felt a little off when it comes to the Sage energy, your Neptune is in your first house. So your first house is your rising 1s because Neptune, that’s the planet of the unseen. It’s sort of like stuff that you don’t feel within your five senses that you feel in the physical realm. 1s Yeah. Because that can also understand a little bit as to why you’re understanding Sage energy now, but it took time for you to really realize that, so I just wanted to highlight that as well. Yeah, well, and it’s really interesting because 1s my dad is a SAGITTARIUS with SAGITTARIUS rising, and my sister is a gem, and I was SAGITTARIUS rising, so I grew up around a lot of SAGITTARIUS energy, and there are so many different flavors. And I think that’s what I truly love about different charts is that just because you have all these energies, it is a combination of everything together that makes the flavors come to life. 1s Yeah, definitely, Michelle. And I really appreciate, again, like, you just being so open with sharing your chart and also your life experiences as well. And I’ve really enjoyed our conversation.
